Alsan Kalite is the only authorized distributor of TQC Sheen in Turkey. All our products are sourced directly from the factory and delivered with an authenticity certificate. Each device has a unique serial number and can be verified in the TQC global system.
Yes, we provide TÜBİTAK UME traceable calibration certificates for all measuring devices. Calibration periods vary according to device type (usually 12-24 months). We work with our ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.
For Qualicoat certification, the basic device set required: Cross-cut adhesion test kit, glossmeter (gloss meter), conical bend test device, impact test device and film thickness gauge. Contact us for our custom package offer.
Products in stock are shipped within 1-3 business days. For special order products, delivery time varies between 4-6 weeks. We share the exact delivery date before ordering.
On-site installation and basic usage training is free for all device purchases. We offer a separate service package for advanced training and special application consulting.
All TQC Sheen products come with a 2-year factory warranty. Within the warranty scope, repair or replacement is made in case of malfunction. Accessories and consumables are guaranteed for 6 months.
